Getting Here

We are located on the super Nushagak River approximately 45 miles upstream from Dillingham at the confluence with the Iowithla River.   For a detailed map, see the Area Map.

The Nushagak is 280 miles long. We are located remotely but certainly close to the ocean to catch the brightest and freshest Salmon.

For more information on the Nushagak River, see our Fishing Information web links.

Our guests normally will make reservation with a local air taxi service in Dillingham to float plane to the lodge. Advance reservations are a must at this time of year. We can help you make these reservations.

You will need to catch a float plane into the lodge, ideally, mid morning

You will be making reservations from other parts of the world to Dillingham, Alaska (DLG).  Making a mid-morning float plane to the river may be tough to do, so we suggest staying overnight in Anchorage or Dillingham the night before your arrival to the lodge.

We do our best in making these reservation but on occasion weather becomes an issue. The float plane can be sensitive to weather. We have had very very few problems with connections.
